Loved stromboli. And calzones. Haven't tried the pizza yet. Have never been disappointed. It is busy, very popular. Very friendly staff.

Food and service always 5-star!

Hands down my 2nd favorite Pizza in the US, only behind Pizarro's Neopolitana style pizza in Houston, TX, and it is bumper to bumper with them. It's got flavor without being overwhelming on the salt, cheese is perfect, crust tastes amazing. Had a simple pepperoni & cheese. If you're passing through town and want a pizza, get it from here. They don't deliver, but it is SO worth it. Just call it in, ready in 20 minutes.

One of the best places for Italian in Kingsport! If you want authentic, this place is for you. Love their salads and gluten free menu.

Great food. Their homemade ranch dressing is delicious. Sicilian pizza is a family favorite. Their food is a tad pricey but worth the occasional splurge.

We love eating here. Good food great service.

Overall enjoyed the meal. Prices ok. Food served hot and fresh. Calamari was a bit tough and young waitress, while polite, was stiff and disinterested. We will return to ty again though.

The quality has never changed although the pizzas have less grease and I will absolutely buy them again. Geez, your place has been there since my daughter's were little and now they are in their their thirties. That right there speaks volumes.

Amazingly good food from such a small place tucked away in Colonial Heights. Some highlights:-They have better Chicken Parm than Olive Garden!-Big, cheesy New York slices with a wide variety of toppings.-The most extensive Gluten-Free menu in this area.-Great service, even when the wait times are long.The only ding I can give them is their location. Pretty bad parking situation and not that easy to see from the road.

Horrible... No flavor lasagna had a unflavored brown hamburger meat in the center with a tomato puree base disgusting.... Pizza was ok same quality at little ceasars

Small Italian style restuarant, low prices, smaller portions and friendly service. Penne was alright and they will add extra items at $1 cost, in my case, mushrooms. They seemed to be doing a good pizza take out service, maybe next time will get a pizza.

I had an unusual request for a blue cheese and pepperoni pizza, which nobody else in Kingsport would make, except Raffaele's. It was amazing. The service and atmosphere was excellent and the food is authentic Italian.

It was my first time there the food was ok the sauce was watery the people were ok did not really smile much I have worked as a server in many restaurants one thing I have learned is you cant smile too much or be overly friendly

Fantastic food. We have been going here for years and it remains one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the tricity area. They always use fresh ingredients and keep the menu updated with new items and classic favorites. We enjoy their salads for the great cheese selection and homemade dressing. The Sicilian pizza is to die for and hands down the best in the area.

During a recent visit to the area I had Raffaele's for supper one evening. I had the breaded Cheese Ravioli as an appetizer and the Chicken Alfredo for an entree.The ravioli was good, but could have used a bit more seasoning. The Chicken Alfredo was great. At first I wasn't sure about it, as it is quite different than what I've had other places. I quickly warmed up to it, though, and ended up loving it. I was very impressed to see large piece of fresh garlic in the dish.I will gladly return to Rafaele's when I'm in the area again.

This place was very Italian! The sauce was good... and the pasta was cooked well. They didn't bring you bread while waiting you had to order it. The waitress wasn't the nicest but over all the food was fine.

This place has excellent service. The waiters/waitresses are genuine and usually pretty swift. The ambiance is pretty good for an small Italian restaurant in the middle of colonial hights. The food is tasty - although a bit too buttery for my taste. If you're gluten free, there wouldn't be a lot of options for you here. But this is an Italian restaurant so I guess that's to be expected. Overall this is a dependable place to get some good Italian comfort food.

A great place to enjoy a great meal. Many menu items to choose from and salads to die for,,,(salad for two was awesome and plentiful).The pasta dishes , while I didn't order any, looked so good I was tempted to change my order from a classic pizza,,,,but happy I didnt 😉Looking forward to my next dinner at Raffaele's!!

Have been eating here for years and never had a bad meal. The pizza, pastasalads and sandwiches are excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the prices are very affordable

Apps were pretty decent. Marinara was a bit bland tasting. Pizza sauce is bland as well. Staff is great very friendly.

Good pizza. Good selection of Italian pastas and sandwiches. Only complaint was service - we had to wait while others were served.
